Yep. Just download it, print it (110 lb cardstock works best, but regular printer paper will work fine as well), cut out all the pieces (except the coin, unless you want to hang on to that for fun) and assemble.

The only difference is the holster. Most pics I found had him with the black holster for his dagger, but I also found several with him wearing a white holster. I assumed that this indicated when he was "evil" and running for Rita Repulsa vs. when he switched over to being "good" and running for Zordon with the other rangers. Not a huge difference, but I wanted to be accurate so I included both.
