The third and, in my opinion, best Flash, Wally West. Need I really say more?
For the record, there are some re-designs that I have found around DA and the web that I have found very interesting, so I will likely be cubee-ing them and posting them. The smirk is what will best denote Wally from other Flashes. I've always thought of him as light-hearted and fun-loving, even during very serious situations.

Very Cool! But to keep up with current "continuity", he needs the "Justice League" Flash insignia (a single-"zagged" ligtning bolt like the one form the JL & JL UNLIMITED Animateds).
